Yet, soooo many women are suffering with this day in and day out.

I’m here to show you how to bust through that way of life.

With this step - by - step process, you’ll learn how to organically strengthen your pelvic floor, and be a new kind of strong in 8 weeks!

You didn’t have to spend another second worrying about accidentally peeing.

You could run out the door to enjoy your exercise of choice OR spend quality time playing with your kids.

It’s time to get your life back and make pelvic floor dysfunction a thing of the past.

"I took the Power up your Pelvic Floor online course with Adrianne, because at 38 years old I was already suffering from stress incontinence. I would pee my pants a little at least once sometimes more than once a day especially when running, jumping, sneezing, etc. which is super embarrassing to admit. After meeting Adrianne and learning more about the Pelvic floor and the importance of strengthening that area I just had to take her online course. Since starting the Power up your Pelvic Floor online course it has completely changed things for me, I now know how to do a proper Kegel and I haven't pee'd my pants since!!! I can also feel the difference in my core strength in my Pilates practice. As women we often forget or just don't know the importance of taking care of this area of our bodies and how much it effects as we age. Adrianne is so incredibly knowledgeable she has done so much research about the pelvic floor, I highly recommend taking her Pelvic Floor online course, it will change your live . . . it changed mine."

- Jacquie Miller, Structural Engineer

"After completing Power Up your Pelvic Floor E-course, I felt empowered to connect to my pelvic floor daily and have more awareness in all my movements with exercise and daily life. I feel stronger and more confident from doing the exercises on a daily basis. I have been reflecting back on the e-course to review and check in with technique and form. I’m so glad I have the content, videos, and clear instructions on the step-by-step processes. As a barre instructor, I have started implementing all of Adrianne’s pelvic floor techniques in my own teaching and my students started seeing huge results in just a couple weeks! My goal is to inspire women to move their body with an internal strength and confidence, and that is exactly what Adrianne offers in this e-course as well as her other courses! I now have more balance, more connection, and a deeper understanding on how my body desires to function and be supported so I can teach, dance, and play with a secure sense of safety that my core literally has my back! My neck and back pain have vanished. Every time I exercise I first connect to my pelvic floor and allow each movement thereafter to be from my core, not my back and neck! So impressed and so grateful!! Thank you Adrianne!"

- Carolyn Janke, Barre Instructor & Women's Health Coach

"Hello Adrianne, I just wanted to reach out and say thanks so much for this course. I'm about half way through and once again ... your delivery and explanation of things is just perfect and allows me to truly pass this to my clients! It's also helpful to me personally due to an issue with my own pelvic floor!!"

Frequently Asked Questions

Will this really help me with my stress incontinence?
YES! The only way to prevent, reduce & eliminate stress incontinence is to develop a stronger pelvic floor. This step by step process will show you exactly how to perform the exercises to make it stronger. Plus guess what, you’ll be preventing Pelvic Organ Prolapse while you’re at it! Of course, you do have to do the work shown in the videos, simply watching them won't magically make you pelvic floor stronger ;-)

I’ve never understood how to do Kegels before, how will this be any different?
